What you will do:

• Conduct regular reviews of care plans for children in need, child protection, and children looked after.
• Ensure the views and experiences of children and families are effectively represented in all reviews.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to social workers and other professionals in the team.
• Monitor the performance of the services and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and guidance.
• Facilitate and chair multi-agency meetings to ensure coordinated and comprehensive service provision.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of assessments and reviews.
