Elevate your HR and payroll expertise in this dynamic hybrid role providing specialist first-line support and administration!

Our Client has a requirement for an HR Admin, who will be required to work on a 3 month contract basis in Maidenhead.

Role Purpose:

  • Provide a professional and efficient administration and customer service attitude.
  • Deliver quality and consistent telephone and email advice.
  • Provide transactional support services while ensuring consistency of practice.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate people management policies, processes, and standards.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line support to people managers and employees on various queries and Employee Relations issues.
  • Manage payroll administration for weekly and monthly employees, collaborating with accountants and in-house teams.
  • Ensure appropriate approval processes are followed and HR/payroll implications are fully considered.
  • Manage the full "off-boarding" process, including documentation and system updates on MyHR.
  • Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, from offer to day one.
  • Administer employee benefits such as Bupa and Pension schemes.
  • Liaise with payroll to resolve queries regarding tax, national insurance, and other company benefits.
  • Update and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure governance and legislative compliance.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within an HR or payroll function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with in-house payroll administration.
  • CPP or CIPD qualification.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems, specifically Oracle HCM.
