What you will do:
- Perform independent transthoracic echocardiograms
- Assist with stress echocardiography procedures
- Support and assist in transoesophageal echocardiography procedures
- Provide services to inpatient wards, including portable echocardiography
- Deliver urgent echocardiography support in acute and intensive care
- Collaborate with cardiologists and medical teams to discuss echo findings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions for echocardiography
- Mentor and support trainee Echocardiographers in their BSE accreditation journey
- Deliver educational presentations and training in echocardiography
- Contribute to advanced echo services, including contrast and bubble studies
- Work towards developing physiologist-led valve clinics
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
