Location: Crewe & Stoke (Multi-site)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Mon–Fri)
My client is looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner to join their team and make a real impact on workplace safety. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Health & Safety across their Logistics and Retail operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in embedding strategic pillars, driving performance from good to great, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the Health & Safety strategy across multiple sites.
- Monitor compliance and provide guidance on legislative changes.
- Analyse data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Support projects, site reviews, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining their RoSPA Gold Award status.
What We’re Looking For
- CertIOSH membership (CMIOSH desirable).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to collaborate, manage time effectively, and travel occasionally.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
