I am currently recruiting for a Head of Food & Beverage to join a dynamic hospitality organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to take ownership of the full F&B operation, shaping the future direction of the offering and driving service excellence.

About the Position

Oversee the smooth running of all F&B outlets, kitchen operations, and events
Continuously improve service standards, product quality, and cost efficiency
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service
Manage stock levels, financial controls, revenue tracking, and departmental payroll
Work closely with the kitchen team on menu development
Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Maintain exemplary hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all outlets
Provide analysis of key business KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Maximise commercial opportunities, including rooftop and event revenue

The Successful Candidate

Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role is essential
Strong background in hospitality operations
Excellent understanding of financial management, forecasting, and cost control
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for developing teams
Genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach
