What you will do:

• Facilitate engaging and structured group sessions focused on substance misuse recovery and wellbeing.
• Develop and deliver tailored programmes that respond to the individual needs and recovery goals of participants.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages participation, peer support, and open discussion.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to monitor progress and identify appropriate interventions.
• Provide one-to-one guidance and practical support where appropriate, helping individuals work towards sustainable recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on participant progress in line with organisational policies.
• Encourage participants to build confidence, resilience, and practical strategies that support long-term recovery.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement within the recovery programme.
