What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll become an integral part of school life by:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Helping pupils build confidence and achieve their potential
• Assisting teachers with engaging classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Encouraging positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Who We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• A 2:1 degree or above in any subject
• Strong GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
• Strong A Levels (Grade C or above) or a Level 3 BTEC qualification
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

Please note: We cannot accept GCSE or A Level equivalency qualifications for this role.
