We need someone that’s happy to get stuck in and believes in creating an inclusive nurturing environment where every pupil can thrive.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1, both in the classroom and through small-group or one-to-one work
• Providing SEN support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including learning, behavioural, and communication needs
• Supporting emotional regulation, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies
• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

What we offer

• Experience and ongoing development, first steps for a graduate going into teacher training
• Salary of up to £550 per week
• Strengthen future applications for PGCE, Schools Direct, or teacher training routes

The Ideal Candidate

• 2/1 or higher within any subjects (ideal candidates would have degrees in: psychology, English, education) Or related subjects
• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children
• Confident supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Has a positive, hands-on attitude and is happy to adapt to different needs and situations
• Values diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness
