Role: Graduate Learning Assistant

We are on the look out for an enthusiastic, motivated, key stage 2 teaching assistant to join an outstanding high achieving primary school located in the Stratford area.

This is an exciting role to work with year 6 pupils in a school that sets an expectational standard. You will play a big part in the lead up to the year 6 pupils SATs, helping with development off knowledge, give them confidence and resilience while learning.

The Role:

• To deliver tailored high-impact lessons to prepare students for national curriculum tests in reading, mathematics, and grammar/punctuation/spelling
• Target Intervention
• Creating an encouraging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Make a meaningful impact during a crucial stage of pupil’s education

What we look for in a successful candidate:

• Are you energetic, enthusiastic and confident when mentoring pupils?
• Have a strong understanding of key stage 2
• Organised and proactive, eager to create fun exciting lessons that will keep the pupils engaged
• 2/1 or higher within any subjects (ideal candidates would have degrees in: psychology, English, education) Or related subjects
