General Manager – Premium Restaurant

£60,000 + Bonus
The Opportunity
I’m working with a quality-led restaurant in West London looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the business.
This is a brilliant neighbourhood restaurant with a strong reputation, loyal following and a real focus on great food and warm, genuine hospitality.
They’re looking for a hands-on GM who loves being on the floor, knows how to build a brilliant team and can balance the guest experience with strong commercial performance.
The Role
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the restaurant
- Lead, develop and motivate the management and front-of-house teams
- Drive consistently high standards of service and hospitality
- Own the P&L, labour, stock, costs and overall commercial performance
- Drive sales, repeat business and local engagement
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a consistently strong operation
- Maintain excellent operational and compliance standards
About You
You’ll already be a General Manager within a quality, full-service restaurant environment.
You’ll be commercially strong, people-focused and genuinely passionate about restaurants. Most importantly, you’ll be a visible, energetic leader who enjoys being in the operation and creating a restaurant that both the team and guests want to be part of.
