Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting a General Operative to join our team on a Highways Project in M25 2SU. The successful candidate will support site operations and assist the team in ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently on site.

Position Available

General Operative – CSCS Green Card required

What We're Looking For

• Valid CSCS Green Card

• Previous experience working on construction, highways, or civils sites

• Ability to work well as part of a site team

• Good understanding of site safety

• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused attitude

• Valid Right to Work in the UK

Duties Will Include

• Assisting site operatives and supervisors with daily tasks

• Supporting the team with general labouring duties

• Helping maintain site cleanliness and organisation

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Assisting with materials and equipment on site

• Supporting the smooth delivery of daily site operations
