Location: M25 2SU
Pay Rate: £21.86 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Ganger to join our team on a Highways Project in M25 2SU. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operatives, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently on site.

Position Available

Ganger – CSCS Gold Card & SSSTS required

What We're Looking For

• Valid CSCS Gold Card

• SSSTS qualification

• Strong experience as a Ganger on highways or civils projects

• Ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate a small site team

• Excellent understanding of site safety and compliance

• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude

• Valid Right to Work in the UK

Duties Will Include

• Supervising site operatives and delegating tasks

• Coordinating daily site activities in line with project requirements

• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times

• Reporting progress and issues to site management

• Supporting the delivery of daily site operations

• Maintaining productivity and ensuring high-quality work
