Family Recovery Worker Position Available in Warrington - £23 Per Hour Umbrella/LTD - 3-Month Contract

What you will do:
- Confidently manage a caseload of service users, providing crucial support from their initial entry into the service through to their treatment and recovery journey.
- Conduct screenings and assessments, develop recovery plans, and facilitate psychosocial interventions.
- Engage with local communities to reduce drug and alcohol-related harms and promote involvement among carers and service users.
- Advocate for service users seeking access to partnership services and promote their social reintegration into community life.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive approach to recovery support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support the continuity of care.
- Implement risk assessments and management strategies to safeguard the wellbeing of service users.
