What you will do:
Undertake early safeguarding enquiries to assess the safety and wellbeing of children involved in family court proceedings.
Provide child protection advice through detailed assessments and analysis, producing comprehensive reports for the court.
Visit children as part of assessments to ensure their voices and experiences are represented.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support both public and private law cases.
Participate in virtual and in-person meetings to discuss case progress and strategies within your team.
Important information:
All candidates will be required to complete a written exercise within 72 hours of submission to assess suitability for interview. Placement within the WTFH, Public Law, or Private Law teams will be determined during the interview process based on your experience and interests.
