What you will do:

  • Lead efforts in developing and implementing data collection, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
  • Provide high-level support and guidance to staff, managers, and heads of service.
  • Develop and deliver bespoke training for the Child Protection & Assessment Team.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage arrangements for meetings and handle correspondence associated with service operation.
  • Facilitate staff inductions and ensure all IT processes meet organisational needs.
  • Represent the Children and Families Management Team on information governance issues.

Person Specification

Education and Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education.
  • Administrative or IT qualification, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and report writing.
  • Familiarity with multi-agency contexts and developing training programmes.
  • Experience in budget management.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Competency in organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT and report writing.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Redbridge-specific software.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and The Children Act.
