What you will do

Supervision: Provide supervision and support to kinship foster carers across Gloucester and surrounding areas
Collaboration: Work closely with children's social workers to ensure the welfare and happiness of children in kinship care
Safeguarding: Oversee private fostering households within the county to ensure statutory safeguarding duties are met
Visits: Conduct regular visits to foster households to monitor the wellbeing of children and young people
Meetings: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the Kinship Local Offer
Records: Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with local authority policies
