You will be responsible for promoting early language development and communication skills among children aged 3-4 across the borough. What you will do:
- Participate in Peeple accredited training to become a Peeple Practitioner and subsequently deliver universal and targeted groups to parents and carers.
- Create and facilitate six face-to-face Peep programmes weekly for children with universal needs across all three localities in the borough.
- Establish referral routes and effectively promote Peep groups to ensure adequate participation.
- Provide one-on-one support for families with children exhibiting emerging speech, language, and communication needs.
- Partner with Peep and colleagues to develop and monitor methodologies evaluating programme impact, maintaining detailed records of progress and outcomes.
- Foster partnerships with Family Hubs, nurseries, schools, and community centres to advance speech, language, and communication strategies.
