Director of Golf, Spa & Wellness – “Premium Resort”

Salary:                  Up to £78,000 + £15,600 bonus + exceptional benefits package

Do you have the experience in a leadership role where wellness, performance, and experience come together. I am looking to speak to an experienced Director of Golf, Spa & Wellness to drive the vision and success of one of the world’s most renowned 5-star resort destinations.

A healthy mix of championship golf courses, award-winning spa facilities, cutting-edge health clubs, and a diverse range of leisure experiences.

Role

• Lead with purpose across Golf, Spa, Leisure, Retail, and Membership operations—championing a culture of wellbeing, excellence, and five-star service.
• Create and deliver forward-thinking commercial and operational strategies that elevate guest experience and financial performance.
• Inspire and develop senior teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive profitability through smart yield management, proactive cost control, and innovative revenue streams.
• Set the benchmark for world-class operational standards—ensuring health, safety, and sustainability remain at the heart of the business.
• Partner with Events and Sales teams to deliver show-stopping tournaments, wellness retreats, and guest experiences that strengthen the resort’s global reputation.

About You

• Proven track record in senior strategic leadership—Director or GM level—within golf, spa, wellness, or luxury leisure operations.
• Experienced in leading large-scale, multi-service teams and embedding five-star service standards.
• Commercially astute with expertise in budget management, yield optimisation, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Skilled in planning and delivering major events—corporate, charity, or championship-level golf.
• Collaborative, inspiring, and versatile—comfortable working flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
