The Role

• Lead the day-to-day golf operation and team
• Drive membership, events, partnerships, and revenue growth
• Develop relationships with members, guests, corporate clients, and golf partners
• Maintain exceptional service and operational standards
• Work closely with other departments to create premium guest experiences
• Manage budgets, performance, and commercial targets

About You

• Previous experience as a Director of Golf, Golf Manager, or similar senior role
• Strong understanding of golf operations and commercial development
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Experience within luxury hospitality, resorts, or golf environments preferred
• Commercially driven, hands-on, and confident working with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
