Dipping Line Operative in Stoke-on-trent, West Midlands

We are currently recruiting for a Dipping Line Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring products are coated, finished, and prepared to the required quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove pre-dipped tiles from the dipping line safely

• Place tiles carefully onto Kranks in preparation for kiln firing

• Inspect tiles for defects or glaze inconsistencies

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dipping and preparation area

• Report any production issues, damaged tiles, or equipment faults promptly

• Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures

• Assist with other production tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is essential; full job specific training will be provided

• Ability to handle delicate tiles carefully and accurately

• Physically able to stand for long periods

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Willingness to adjust shift pattern when required
