Recruit4staff are representing a leading packaging manufacturer in their search for a Die Cutting Machine Operative to work in Redhill

Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £37,440 per annum
• Hours of Work: Night Shift – 36 hours per week – 21:00 – 06:00 – Monday to Thursday
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Die Cutting Machine Operative, you will set up and operate BOBST die-cutting machinery to produce high-quality packaging products. The Die Cutting Machine Operative will carry out die cutting, creasing, embossing and debossing processes, monitor machine performance, complete quality checks and support routine maintenance to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience within packaging and commercial print environments
• Good understanding of factory safety procedures and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Die Cutting Machine Operative, preferably with BOBST equipment
• Previous die-cutting experience within corrugated, paper, board, food packaging or book jacket production

• This Die Cutting Machine Operative position offers a permanent night shift pattern
