As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager your duties will include:

• Champion high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always a top priority.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, including CQC standards, policies, and legislation, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, staff, and external professionals to enhance care delivery.
• Assist in managing budgets, resources, and operational planning, contributing to the home’s strategic goals.

Skills and experience essential to the role of Deputy Nursing Home Manager:

• Current NMC registrationwith an active PIN.
• Proven track record in leadership or management within a care home or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical expertise and confidence in making informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
• Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and operational planning.

This role is based in Bromsgrove easily commutable from Worcester, Hagley, Kidderminster and Redditch
