What you will do:
- Provide expert leadership across the full spectrum of OT practice - from acute care to community rehabilitation.
- Flexibly manage and optimise patient flow across inpatient and outpatient services.
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical governance and quality assurance.
- Lead multidisciplinary projects including hospital discharge planning and community rehabilitation initiatives.
- Drive measurable service improvements and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives within our occupational therapy adult services.
- Apply cutting-edge research and national guidance to enhance local service delivery.
- Champion innovation and horizon scanning to keep our services at the forefront of best practice.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Recent NHS experience.
- Registered with the HCPC.
