Dental Therapist in Pershore, West Midlands

We are recruiting for a Dental Therapist to join two well-established fully private dental practices across Tewkesbury and Pershore. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a varied clinical role combining both therapy and hygiene treatments within modern, supportive environments. The practice will consider a job share so please still apply if you are only looking for part time.

This role is ideal for a Dental Therapist looking to work in a fully private setting with a stable diary, strong patient demand and excellent hourly earnings.

You will need to be registered with the GDC as a Dental Therapist, right to work in the UK and Uk dental therapist expereince to apply. Applications without this will not be accepted.

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Therapist:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dental Therapist
• Proven UK experience in both therapy and hygiene roles
• Confidence working in a fully private practice environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to high clinical standards and patient care
• Suitable for Dental Therapist and/or Hygienist/Therapist

As a Dental Therapist, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality hygiene and therapy treatments
• Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary
• Providing excellent patient care and oral health education
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively with dentists, nurses and wider practice staff
• Adhering to CQC standards and clinical governance

This role is based across Tewkesbury and Pershore and is easily commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham and surrounding areas.
