Associate Dentist in Upton Upon Severn, West Midlands

We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established independent dental practice located in a beautiful town just south of Worcester. This is a permanent opportunity available from July/August 2026, offering three to four days per week in a predomidley mixed practice but with huge private revenue within a highly supportive environment.

This role is ideal for a Dentist looking to join a stable, modern practice with a well-established patient list and strong private income potential.

You will need to be registered witht the GDC as  Dentist, have UK work exerience and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position. 

Working with Flourish Medical as an Associate Dentist offers you:

• 3–4 days per week (Tuesday–Friday)
• Very well-established patient list
• £14 - £16 (depending on experience) UDA rate with no target pressure
• 50% private split on treatments
• Mixed NHS and Private role with strong private earning potential

• Mentorship from a visiting implantologist
• Hygienist support available
• Modern, fully equipped 4-surgery practice (iTero scanner, SOE software, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo)

Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS performer number
• Valid DBS or be willing to obtain one
• Proven UK experience delivering NHS dentistry
• Confidence working in a mixed practice environment
• Commitment to high clinical standards and patient care
• Suitable for Associate Dentist, NHS Dentist and/or General Dentist

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality NHS dental treatments alongside private care
• Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary
• Providing excellent patient care and communication
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively with dental nurses and wider practice staff
• Adhering to NHS guidelines, CQC standards and clinical governance
