Dental Nurse / Trainee Dental Nurse – Worcester | Full-Time Hours Over 4 Days | Private Practice | £13.00–£14.50 per Hour

Flourish Medical is recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a well-established private dental practice in Worcester on a permanent basis, starting in August.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, professional, and patient-focused practice offering full-time hours across just four weekdays, providing an excellent work-life balance without compromising on earnings. The Role – Dental Nurse

• Permanent position starting in August
• Full-time hours worked across a 4-day week
• Private dental practice in Worcester
• Thursdays off every week
• One Saturday per month required

Working Hours

• Monday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am – 7:30pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• One Saturday per month: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Salary & Benefits

• £13.00–£14.50 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
• Full-time hours over four weekdays

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified Dental Nurse, Trainee Dental Nurse, or currently enrolled on a recognised Dental Nursing course
• Previous dental practice experience preferred
• GDC registration desirable for qualified candidates
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Professional, reliable, and organised approach
• Ability to work effectively within a busy practice environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive practice

As a Dental Nurse, your responsibilities may include:

• Chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with infection prevention and control procedures
• Supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Assisting with patient communication and appointment management
• Working collaboratively with the wider practice team

This role is based in Worcester and is easily commutable from Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Pershore, Evesham, Redditch, and surrounding areas.
