Key Responsibilities

• Support the Family Support and Advice Line, handling safeguarding contacts and referrals.

• Collaborate with Family Help colleagues and MASH partners to ensure timely, appropriate interventions for children and young people.

• Apply strengths-based, relationship-focused practices to promote children’s safety and wellbeing within families.

• Participate in the rota, including overnight on-call duties once every fortnight.

• Contribute to practice development and operational leadership through innovative ideas and service improvement initiatives.
