About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Psychologist to join the inpatient adult mental health service in Jersey. Working on Orchard Ward, a dynamic working-age adult unit comprising an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), general acute admissions, and specialist care pathways, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psychological support across the entire inpatient journey. What You Will Do:

• Provide psychological assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions for adults in inpatient care.

• Lead formulation meetings and actively contribute to MDT treatment planning.

• Facilitate reflective practice groups to support and develop inpatient staff.

• Offer consultation and supervision to colleagues across the mental health service.

• Work collaboratively with community teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

• Support service development, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and best practice standards.
