CEO – UK Healthcare (Domiciliary care) – National - £150k - £200k + package
We are working with an international healthcare services group, who is expanding into the UK and looking to appoint a CEO to lead and build the UK operation.
The business has an ambitious growth strategy, with a focus on domiciliary and home care and complementary healthcare and social care services.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership role, responsible for:
- Setting and delivering the growth strategy.
- Bringing together teams, operations and capabilities.
- Professionalising systems, processes and ways of working.
- Building and developing the leadership team.
- Driving operational performance and profitability.
- Developing new opportunities and partnerships.
- Supporting the wider international group with operational improvements and best practice.
The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced CEO, MD, COO or senior operational leader with a strong understanding of healthcare, social care and/or domiciliary care.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience at a senior level within healthcare, ideally domiciliary care.
- A track record of growing and developing businesses.
- Strong commercial and operational capability.
- Experience working with entrepreneurial or owner-managed businesses.
- The ability to professionalise and scale an organisation.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- The ambition to build something significant.
