A Chef de Partie role in a luxury private members' club with multiple food outlets, fine dining and premium events, working across a range of kitchens.
An exclusive private members' club in Central London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The club operates multiple premium restaurant spaces, private dining rooms and a busy events calendar, with fine dining and canapé service throughout. This is a hands-on role, working across multiple kitchens and functions in a luxury environment.
The Chef de Partie would suit an experienced CDP looking for a new challenge and great work life balance.
Every hour of overtime is paid!
The Chef de Partie role
- Run a section independently during busy services.
- Prepare and cook dishes to spec, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Support the senior chefs with prep, stock control and food safety.
- Work across multiple kitchens and outlets as required.
- Support private dining, canapé parties and functions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
About you
- Chef de Partie experience in a quality, high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and section management.
- Confident working under pressure in a luxury environment.
- Comfortable moving between outlets and events.
- A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude.
- Committed to food safety and high standards.
