We’re recruiting kind-hearted Carers to earn £12.71 per hour, providing compassionate, person-centred care while supporting service users with daily living, following care plans, safeguarding their wellbeing and reporting changes in their needs.

Carer role:  

• Place service users’ wishes, preferences and wellbeing at the heart of care delivery.
• Follow care plans and report changes in service users’ needs to the Senior Carer/Nurse.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of service users.
• Support daily living tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom.
• Maintain accurate care plans and care records.
• Build effective relationships with colleagues, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Work within Fundamental Standards, CQC requirements and all relevant policies.
• Act professionally, respectfully and compassionately at all times.

Care Assistant pay:  

£12.71 per hour.
