Job Title: Business Development Manager – Conferences & Events
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus + benefits
Location: Lancashire
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow Conferences & Events revenue across high-profile hospitality venues. You’ll own the sales strategy, win new business, and maximise key accounts. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where commercial impact and client relationships go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business and grow existing accounts
- Deliver a proactive C&E sales strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Hit and exceed revenue and conversion targets
- Use CRM and insights to build a strong pipeline
- Work closely with operations to maximise every opportunity
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in proactive sales in events, venues or hospitality
- Strong commercial awareness and target focus
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
