We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Supervisor to join a high-end dining venue in the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service standards, smooth operations, and strong team leadership throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
- Support training, coaching, and development of team members
- Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with management to drive performance and team culture
About You
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress within a premium or luxury restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Well-presented, professional, and hands-on approach
- Experience within high-volume or fine dining environments is highly desirable
