Bid Manager – Hybrid (North West) or Remote
We’re working with a large, multi-service facilities organisation to recruit a Bid Manager to join their growing tendering team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with bid writing or tender coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and wants exposure across multiple service lines including cleaning, security and wider FM services.
The Role:
- Managing the end-to-end bid process from opportunity through to submission
- Writing and coordinating high-quality, compliant bid responses
- Working with stakeholders across operations, commercial and leadership teams
- Managing multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
- Supporting continuous improvement of bid content and processes
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in bid management, bid writing or tender coordination (FM / services sector preferred)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and tender portals
