About the Venue and Company
- A smaller owner, operator, independent style business, with a restaurant, PDR and several bars attached
- Values focused on dedicated and excellent customer service with a lot of attention to details
- This is all about the quality and service to a high net worth clientele
About the position
- You will oversee day-to-day operations and report into the site’s General Manager
- Standards of service and looking after customers will be a huge part of this role
- Will lead the beverages department and execute strategy to achieve goals
- Creating brand new cocktails and coming up with new ideas on beverages offer and display
The Ideal Candidate
- Should have a great understanding of cocktail making, trends and ways to improve the current list
- Solid back of house financials – stock, labor control and P%L
- Similar experience in trendy, up-and-coming and customer focused operations in London
