Locum Band 8a Pharmacist in Clinical and Technical Services Team in Guernsey UK earning up to £50 per hour outside IR35. This is a full-time position with an ASAP start – ongoing. What you will do:

- Assist in the provision and development of clinical pharmacy services to adults and paediatric oncology/haematology in-patients, day cases, and outpatients, adhering to local and national cancer standards.
- Provide support for the delivery of services from the aseptic and radio pharmacy units, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Be responsible for the provision and development of clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards as allocated, in accordance with local and national clinical pharmacy standards.
- Provide clinical cover for absent colleagues when necessary, using your professional experience to maintain continuity of care.
- Clinically check all prescriptions before dispensing, addressing any unusual doses, potential drug interactions, or incompatibilities with prescribers for confirmation or revision.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.
- A valid driver's license is preferable, enhancing your mobility and ease of commuting between sites.
