What You Will Do

Provide person-centred support to clients with alcohol addiction, helping them work towards individual recovery goals.

Develop and review recovery plans, ensuring they align with each client's unique needs and aspirations.

Deliver 1:1 and group sessions to help clients understand and manage their alcohol dependency.

Complete risk assessments and support plans to ensure proper interventions are in place.

Offer emotional and practical support to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their recovery journey.

Liaise with external agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including medical, mental health, and social support.

Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring regular reviews and follow-up support.

Maintain accurate records and case notes to comply with regulatory and organisational standards.

Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to provide holistic client support.
