What you will do

• Deliver expert pharmaceutical care in an acute hospital setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Requirements

• HCPC Registration: Active HCPC registration is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting, with specific expertise in acute care.
• Driving Licence: A valid driver's licence is preferable for travel between sites.
