What You Will Do

Conduct and lead paediatric behavioural assessments, including Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA), play audiometry, and Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA).

Perform tympanometry and speech testing to support comprehensive hearing assessments.

Lead and manage paediatric (re)habilitation clinics, utilising expertise in Real Ear Measurements (REM) and coupler verification including Real Ear to Coupler Differences (RECDs).

Provide consultant test support within ENT clinics, including PTA, play audiometry, tympanometry, and Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs) testing.

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with clinical governance and audiology standards.

Support children and their families through clear communication, education, and guidance throughout the diagnostic and rehabilitation process.
Requirements

Registration: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Experience: Demonstrated experience in paediatric audiology assessments and rehabilitation.

Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with children and families.

Mobility: A valid driving licence may be required to travel between clinic locations if necessary.
