What You Will Do:
- Conduct independent non-medical prescribing clinics weekly, adapting to the service needs.
- Provide expert advice and support to new prescribers, nursing, and recovery staff.
- Lead the development of non-medical prescribing practices across the county with guidance from the Clinical Lead.
- Deliver healthcare treatments and procedures, including health screenings and bloodborne virus screenings, to those accessing our services.
- Support and train staff in managing substance use and alcohol-related disorders.
- Offer clinical supervision monthly and line management support in the absence of the Clinical Lead.
- Engage with both internal and external partnerships, fostering productive professional relationships.
- Provide a safe, evidence-based, clinical recovery-focused service for those using substances and alcohol.
- Contribute to the development of service protocols and policies, ensuring they align with national standards.
