What you will do

• Work autonomously, leading and managing the occupational therapy team within the inpatient rehab unit.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery in collaboration with the multi-professional team, addressing the diverse needs of inpatients.
• Mentor and train team members, engage in continuous professional development, supervise, and appraise staff and students.
• Provide expert occupational therapy advice to the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead departmental projects focusing on service development as required.

Requirements

• HCPC Registration: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Driving Licence: Hold a valid driving licence to travel between facilities as required.
• Experience: Previous experience within inpatient rehabilitation and leadership responsibilities is highly desirable.
