What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for adults in the community.
• Manage caseloads effectively as a CCO/key worker, delivering personalised care plans.
• Engage in duty work and contribute to the screening of referrals ensuring seamless patient flow.
• Administer depot injections and manage community treatment order (CTO) cases with precision.
• Participate in ward rounds and engage in multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions to ensure holistic patient care.
