What you will do:
- Provide expert nutritional care to patients across a range of specialities, including Medicine, HCOP, stroke, surgery, and Mental Health
- Lead the planning and implementation of dietary plans to support patient recovery and well-being
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for all patients
- Utilize your extensive experience in enteral feeding to address complex nutritional needs effectively
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your wealth of knowledge and fostering a supportive environment
To succeed in this role, you must hold current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and possess an abundance of acute hospital experience across multiple specialities.
