What you will do:

  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions for young people and families with complex mental health needs.
  • Offer clinical leadership and manage safeguarding escalations when needed.
  • Support and supervise junior staff, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
  • Deliver evidence-based CAMHS interventions tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and work in line with HCPC standards.

Requirements:

  • HCPC Registration: Must hold HCPC registration with a core professional qualification in mental health, such as Clinical or Counselling Psychology, CBT Therapist, or UKCP/BACP registration.
  • Specialist Training: Additional training in one or more specialised psychological therapies.
  • Driving Licence: Must be a car driver to accommodate travel across Havering and surrounding areas.
