What You Will Do

Conduct specialist assessments for patients with neurological conditions within a community setting.
Design, implement, and review personalised rehabilitation programmes to support functional recovery.
Promote early mobilisation, independence, and long-term wellbeing for patients.
Provide expert advice, education, and support to patients, carers, and healthcare colleagues.
Work collaboratively within an integrated team of medical, nursing, and therapy professionals.
Drive independently for community visits – you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle (pool car available if required).
