This full-time position requires you to work 37.5 hours per week from 08:30-16:30, Monday to Friday. What you will do

• Complete comprehensive neuro physiotherapy assessments.
• Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes.
• Manage a neurological rehabilitation caseload effectively.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
• Collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and promoting independence.
• Review patient progress regularly and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain precise clinical records and documentation for each patient.
• Contribute to well-coordinated community rehabilitation pathways.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in Neuro Physiotherapy and Community Physiotherapy.
• Proficiency in conducting neurological assessments.
• Capability to develop effective rehabilitation programmes.
• Experience in managing neurological caseloads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation abilities.

Desirable Requirements

• Community Neuro Rehabilitation experience.
• Ability to support complex neurological conditions.
• Experience within NHS Community Therapy.
• Contribution to service development.
