What you will do

• Deliver high-quality care as part of the Musculoskeletal Team, helping patients improve their mobility and manage pain.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment plans in line with best practice and clinical governance.
• Work autonomously to manage your caseload effectively, prioritising and delegating tasks as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, ensuring all information is presented clearly and in accordance with CSP standards.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development, maintaining a comprehensive CPD portfolio.
• Comply with data protection, equal opportunities, and health and safety regulations while catering to the diverse needs of patients.
• Demonstrate flexibility in providing patient care, adapting to varying demands and circumstances.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• HCPC Registration: Registration with the HCPC is essential.
• Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between sites.
