Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Join us as a Band 6 Physiotherapist within our Community Team based in Blairgowrie, Scotland. This locum role offers hourly pay of £32.37 and a charge of £36.87 per hour. The position is ongoing for one month with potential for extension. Working a minimum of 30 hours a week (Monday to Friday), your schedule will generally be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (with a 30-minute lunch) and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (with a 30-minute lunch). This role based at Blairgowrie Community Hospital requires travel across rural Perthshire, so an adventurous spirit and a car are a plus!

What you will do:
- Conduct full specialist assessments to diagnose patients' needs efficiently.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and appropriate management strategies.
- Facilitate onwards referrals and patient discharges with accuracy and consideration.
- Collaborate with the integrated care team and wider Allied Health Professionals team to guide patients through their rehabilitation journey.
- Provide services to patients referred from two community hospitals and the surrounding locality, ensuring they receive top-notch care.
