You will be working in a fast-paced acute environment, supporting patients through rehabilitation, discharge planning, and recovery, particularly within the winter pressures ward. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your acute experience within a supportive and dynamic NHS setting.

What You Will Do

Provide physiotherapy cover to the winter pressure ward (Ward 3 – 12 beds).
Deliver rehabilitation programmes and support patients with goal setting to aid their recovery.
Complete comprehensive assessments and provide appropriate equipment to meet patient needs.
Carry out discharge planning, including home visits and discharge to assess visits where required.
Attend board rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and care planning.
