What You Will Do

Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver exceptional physiotherapy care to patients on an escalation ward, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation.

Assessment and Treatment Plans: Assess patients' physical conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and adjust them as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, to ensure holistic care for patients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed and ensuring that all documentation is in line with professional and organizational standards.

Post-Discharge Support: Provide advice and support to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth transition to post-discharge care and continued recovery.
Essential Requirements

HCPC Registered Physiotherapist.

Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute medical setting.

Experience in rehabilitation and patient recovery.

Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment plans for a range of acute conditions.

Car driver (preferable) for travel between different sites (if applicable).

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
